At Rooted Weddings, I believe that every union is unique. I am committed to curating a ceremony that authentically reflects your personality and passions.

I encourage my couples to be creative and choose their ceremony content and the right feel for their day. Whether you’d like your ceremony short and sweet or themed to your favourite movie, I will work with you to make your day your way. I’m here to assist and guide you along the way, making your day stress-free and memorable.

I have officiated over 400 weddings in love in Muskoka, the Almaguin Highlands, Orillia, and North Bay since 2018.

Terri officiated our elopement in October, and we are so grateful she did. We intentionally kept it to just the two of us plus our dog but had a couple of family members call in over video chat.  Terri included our family, making the entire ceremony process very laid back (exactly what we wanted!!) and joyful. We also needed two witnesses, and we were lucky enough that her daughter and son-in-law, who were celebrating their wedding anniversary that same day, could join us! 

Terri was also super communicative leading up to the day and eight weeks after to remind us to apply for our marriage certificate! We recommend Rooted Weddings to anyone looking for a fantastic officiant!
