Pick a location* to meet, fill out the paperwork, say the vows, and then it’s official!
Includes:
A very brief “I do” vow ceremony at a location chosen by the couple* with two witnesses, “Declaration of Marriage in the Province of Ontario,” and signing legal documents with a valid wedding license.
If the officiant provides witnesses: $15.00 per witness, which goes directly to the witnesses.

Be prepared with an included 1-hour rehearsal the week of the wedding at the couple’s chosen date and time.

Why should you have a rehearsal?
A rehearsal is best for weddings with three or more in your wedding party!
The rehearsal provides guidance throughout the process to ensure everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities. This will help stop unexpected things from interfering with your special day!
An active run-through provides an opportunity for the officiant, the couple, and their wedding party to set expectations for the ceremony. It allows for music and live video equipment tests to ensure that everything is working perfectly.
This is also a great time to review the steps for signing the wedding license, record of solemnization, and the marriage register book.
The rehearsal helps guide the couple and their wedding party for every step of the ceremony. For example, the wedding party’s entrance, positioning for when the couple will say their vows, paperwork signing process, and how the wedding party exits.
We may do up to 3 or 4 runs, which typically takes 35 to 60 minutes until everyone feels comfortable and all of their questions have been answered.
